※いずれも日曜日16:00開始、各回1時間~1時間半程度。

※段階を追って作業を進めていくため、全ての回に参加する必要があります。 

費 用： 計22,500円   会場費、出張費、消耗品費込み
※仕上げの金粉、銀粉は別途。講座初日に現金にてお支払いいただきます。

持ち物：
□お直ししたい器5点程度(ご持参いただいた器の中から１~２点ほどを選んでお直しします） 

※陶器または磁器のもの。 

※浅い欠けがあるもの。 

※割れたものは入門コースではお直しできません。

※入門講座を受講後、ご希望の方は欠けの繕いの学習を深める「初級講座」にご参加いただけます。また、その後さらに繕いに取り組みたい方は割れや大きな欠損の修復を詳しく学ぶための「中級講座」にご案内いたします。

□作業途中の器を持ち帰る箱(段ボール箱、菓子箱、木箱、プラケース等) 

内 容：

第１回 講義と木地固め 

第２回 錆漆作り（砥の粉と水、漆を練って作る）と欠けへの充填 

第３回 砥草による錆漆の研磨、下地漆塗り 

第４回 金粉蒔き 

第５回 金粉蒔き後の器の掃除、質疑応答等 

※本講座は、一般社団法人 国際金継ぎ師協会の「金継ぎ入門講座」の内容に従って実施されます。 

※材料となる漆を硬化前に直接触れるとかぶれ等アレルギー反応を起こす場合があります。安全指導・管理は徹底致しますが、万一アレルギーが起きた場合、また怪我等が生じた場合、Studio798、一般社団法人 国際金継ぎ師協会、金継ぎつぎのば及び講師は責任を一切負いません。ご承知いただける方のみご参加ください。またアレルギーを防止するために、首元が隠れる服装で参加されることをお勧めいたします。

Kintsugi Introduction Course at tömpa

A new Kintsugi Beginner Course will begin at Studio798 in Kosai City from July 2026.

Schedule

Five sessions in total

Session 1 — July 5
Session 2 — August 9
Session 3 — September 6
Session 4 — October 4
Session 5 — November 8

All sessions take place on Sundaydays and begin at 16:00 a.m.
Each session lasts approximately 60–90 minutes.

As the techniques are taught progressively, participation in all five sessions is required.

Course Fee

¥22,500 total

Includes venue fee, travel expenses, and consumable materials.

Please note:

• Gold and silver finishing powders are charged separately.
• Payment is due in cash on the first day of the course.

What to Bring

• Approximately five ceramic or porcelain pieces with chips that you would like to repair
  (One or two pieces will be selected for the course.)
• Nitrile disposable gloves
• Arm covers
• Apron
• Notebook and pen
• A box for transporting your work between sessions
  (cardboard box, wooden box, plastic container, etc.)

Suitable Objects

• Ceramic or porcelain vessels only
• Items with minor chips

Not Suitable for This Course

• Broken pieces requiring reconstruction
• Objects with major losses or structural damage

After completing the Beginner Course, participants may continue their studies in the Elementary Course, which focuses on chip repairs in greater depth. Those wishing to further develop their skills may then proceed to the Intermediate Course, where repairs of cracks, breaks, and larger losses are covered in detail.

Important Information

• This course is conducted in Japanese. A conversational level of Japanese is required to comfortably follow the lessons and participate in the workshop.
• This course follows the curriculum of the International Kintsugi Artisan Association Beginner Kintsugi Course.
• Urushi lacquer may cause allergic reactions, including skin irritation, before it has fully cured. Every effort will be made to ensure safe handling and proper instruction. However, by participating, you acknowledge that Studio798, the International Kintsugi Artisan Association, Kintsugi TsugiNuova, and the instructor assume no responsibility for allergic reactions, injuries, or other accidents that may occur.
• Participation is limited to those who understand and accept these conditions.
• To reduce the risk of exposure to urushi, we recommend wearing clothing that covers the neck and arms.
